INGREDIENTS
4 cups Rolled Oats
2 cups Sliced Almonds
1/2 cup Sesame Seeds
1 cup Shredded unsweetened coconut
1 cup raisins
1 cup dried berries
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup Agave nectar (non-vegans can use honey)
DIRECTIONS
1 - Preheat Oven to 300°F.
2 - In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except raisins and dried berries.
3 - Spread the oats mixture evenly on two large baking trays.
4 - Bake for 30 minutes.
5 - Remove from Oven and add the raisins and berries.

I found this recipe online and modified it - sorry, I don't have the original link to give credit where due!
I vary the fruits in it to vary flavor - cranberries / dates / candied ginger. Also I find enjoy it just as is, not with milk / milk substitute as some granolas.
